Hiking
Sunset Mountain Trail is a great trail through dense forests and wetlands, and past large granite glacial erratic boulders. This scenic trail is a mix of dirt and wooden boardwalks and is a great trail to take if you wish to enter the Thompson Street Reservation from Concord Street on the eastern side. You can connect this trail to those that take you to Mount Avalon and Thompson Mountain. You can find a PDF trail map here: ecga.org/files/galleries/TompsonStReservation_Map2023.pdf
