Boat dock on the west side of Lake Achensee (middle) and within sight of the Gaisalm below the Seebergspitze. From here you have the option of hiking to Pertisau in the south (easy) or via the Gaisalmsteig (difficult/sure-footedness required) to Achenkirch on the north shore of Lake Achensee in about 1.5 hours.
