The hand holds are mostly good, there are trees to hold onto and roots though best to check they are secure and ensure your feet are firmly set.
Take very grippy shoes.
The route is not way marked though there are a few red ribbons lower down but these soon run out. The route is fairly well trodden and obvious enough however at the very top it is very over grown.
Only proceed up if you know you could retreat if needed. Not for a novice.
