Insh Marshes are a region of marshland covering over 10-kilometers around the River Spey floodplain, operated by the RSPB.

The area is home to a plethora of native species of flora and fauna, notably rare birds such as curlew, lapwing and redshank.

This open and wild area is popular with birdwatchers and ramblers, and is a perfect spot for a mellow day out.
