Corlo is a remote village permanently inhabited by a handful of souls: it is 'populated' - as much as its size allows - only in the summer, when families arrive at their holiday homes.
The heart of the district is very characteristic and evocative, with houses and stone streets, as well as the peaceful and solitary atmosphere that can be felt: a beautiful view of the lake and the 'twin' town of Incino, very close as the crow flies but separated by the dizzying Cismon canyon. The artificial reservoir and the underlying dam are named after the town.
