Over the years, initiator Freddie Ekkel has developed as an amateur historian for the Kloosterhaar / Balderhaar region. He has put together countless exhibitions and now owns an enormous archive or collection, the so-called Village Archives.A permanent home must be created for this. In 2013, the opportunity arose to found a museum in the former farm “Mollen”, owned by the local Calduran brick factory. Thanks to the willing cooperation of the Calduran brick factory, the zoning plan has now been converted from company housing to day recreational activities including a regional museum and the farm and yard can be acquired. PLEASE NOTE VERY LIMITED OPENING!
