The Island of Dreams is connected to Eretria by a thin strip of land and in the 1960s hosted a hotel with bungalows, a nightclub and a small beach.
The complex was abandoned in 2008 and since then has fallen into a state of disrepair.
In 2012 it became the first Greek island put up for rent. However, 11 years later it is still waiting for an investor who would bring it back to life.
