"Dry Creek" is a total misnomer. Although part of this trail runs through sandstone cliffs and sagebrush, it quickly transitions to green forest. In a typical year you can expect lots of water crossings on the trail. Some have bridges, while others might require you to tiptoe across logs.

This is a shared trail, so keep a sharp eye out for mountain bikers.
