Hiking
The climb to Mount Sunday from the parking lot is not a big problem. The way from Mount Somers is terrific. For all tenants a camper - the last 15 km of the tour is a gravel road (but in a relatively good condition). (Film location The Lord of the Rings) Have fun.

One of my favorite places in New Zealand. Great view from above of the surrounding mountains and a really nice, short hike through the grassy plain.
