Hiking
The trailhead is a packed dirt parking area with ample space off the side of the highway where the hill crests. From here you can hike up toward Onyx Peak and the PCT. The first trail junction heading up will take you along a fire road — if you keep going the PCT is a nicer hike with superior views.
