From this rocky viewpoint, the view stretches far across the Adriatic Sea. Directly below, between the mountains and the sea, lies the town of Starigrad. Behind it opens the wide bay, in the middle of the Velebit channel. In calm weather, the water is mirror-smooth and changes from turquoise to deep blue depending on the light.
