A bridge that dates back to the ancient Romans. Even though the concrete bridge appears to be more recent (and stable thanks to the concrete), on one side of the bridge you can still see tire tracks deeply dug into the rock, which are probably actually caused by centuries of wagon traffic.

Along the Aterno river, there are various testimonies of ancient roads, remains of roads and bridges, including the Beffi Bridge. Probably of Roman origin. However, being located between the Castles of Beffi and Goriano Valli, it was used and most likely modified in medieval times for the road network between the two Castles.
