The Ammonoosuc Lake is a small lake in the heart of Crawford Notch just behind the Crawford Notch Highland Center. There is a short, gentle loop that takes you around the four-acre lake with multiple viewpoints over the water to the cliffs and mountains high above. This is a peaceful spot that makes for amazing photograph opportunities.
