The Wasserburg Sculpture Trail stretches along the banks of the Inn around the western side of the city and is popular with tourists and locals. As the largest sculpture trail in Bavaria, it is also a constant attraction for artists and initiators of similar art and exhibition concepts.

Hiking

The flood dam that lines the river loop around Wasserburg offers a fascinating backdrop for the presentation of expansive art objects. The walker follows, from the Bruckor, the Inn around the town - about 1.5 km far. Artists of the local "Arbeitskreis 68" exhibit more than 30 of their works there.
Art on the wayside - in the open air and unsupervised - was barely there when the Sculpture Trail was opened in 1988.
