    Running

This is actually a one-way, ski-only trail in the winter. But during the summer (or any time there's no snow cover and the trail is dry), it's a multi-use trail for running, biking and walking. The trail itself is broad and grassy and offers easy running, with sporadic big hills to get your legs and lungs going. But do keep an eye out for wildlife, especially moose, which can pop up anywhere but seem especially common in the thicker tree cover to the east.
