Mountain biking

A walk along the banks of the Lenne River toward Hohenlimburg, passing two high-voltage pylons, is truly a charming morning with a sunset. The path is now paved, and thanks to the renaturation, flooding is virtually non-existent. It's easily passable in both fall and winter, but not recommended during peak times, such as weekends.

Lenneradweg just before the mouth of the Ruhr (Hengsteysee). Closed during floods (as was the case on December 28th, 2023) but you can quickly move to the street next door.
