Road cycling
The asphalt is quite ruined so it is better to follow it in a northerly direction from the Aurelia to Tragliatella which is always slightly uphill. Going downhill is not worth it, in many places the asphalt is too ruined; better to return towards the Aurelia along Via Castel Campanile, the road that runs parallel and starts in Vigna di Valle; all smooth, slightly downhill and with very few cars.
