This section of the Fjordruta is characterised by tumbling streams and a varied array of lakes. Here, a stream tumbles from Sølømsfjellet's high reaches towards Skardvatnet. From here, it's not too far to Storfiskhytta, a modern cabin between Storfisktjønna and Storlivatnet.
