We were here during the week and it was very quiet. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. Inside, some of the interior has been restored, but it's still authentic and not overly decorated. I'm not sure if I'd cycle here on a weekend. The menu was straightforward and sufficient for cycling. The sausage salad with spicy Romadur cheese was truly delicious. A great alternative to the Swiss with boring Emmental cheese. The homemade sourdough bread with spices is fantastic.
