    Hiking

The Stinging Nettle Trail (named after a plant that feels like tiny razor blades and itch when you rub up against them) thankfully is not usually overgrown with Stinging Nettle. The singletrack path does travel through thick forest areas with spotty sandy and muddy sections regularly apparent on the trail. There are some great views of the Meramec River from the trail, and you can connect to a number of other trails from this path.
