The Tifft Nature Preserve is one of the largest nature preserves in the state of New York. It borders Buffalo Harbor State Park and has grass, paved, and gravel trails for walking and running. There is also an access road running through the middle of the park that is great for running and biking. There are lots of plants and animals in the preserve, making it feel like a nature getaway just outside the city.
