The Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail is a paved, shared-use path connecting Albany and Schenectady counties. The trail is part of the state-wide Canalway Trail that follows the Erie Canal from Buffalo to Albany. There are a few instances where the trail joins up with quiet roads with a sufficient shoulder.

From the path, there are great views of the Hudson River.
