alternative route to gaberl (15km/1150m elevation gain). zero traffic. perfect asphalt. the last km to the Almhaus and the 4 km to the gaberl are gravel roads. but also with the racing bike no problem.

Very nice climb to the Gaberlpass. Probably a bit difficult with the racing bike from the Alten Almhaus to the pass due to the moderately good surface (rather coarse gravel), but doable. Of course, it was completely rideable with the CX.
