Also known as Cameraccia, this cave dedicated to the edelweiss is located at 2,500 meters above sea level at the foot of Mount Sobretta. For centuries, it served as a refuge for shepherds transhumance between the Camonica Valley and the Gavia Pass. Its walls are adorned with hundreds of engravings—recording names, dates, and symbols—some dating back to the 1700s: testimonies of those who lived in the mountains in ancient times.

A beautiful cave where you can observe the carvings made by shepherds over the centuries during their days on the mountain pastures.
This unique cave is worth a visit if you're hiking in the area.
