A visible remnant of a fortification system on the Kirchberg in Marching, along with parts of the cemetery wall and the moat, is the popularly known Feiglturm. The stump of the tower and the south side of the cemetery wall date from the second half of the 13th century at the earliest, while the humpback ashlars, a remnant of an earlier building or complex, were only used until around 1250.
