The Otay Mountain Truck Trail is one of the multiple routes leading to the top of Otay Mountain. The trail intersects the Minnewawa Truck Trail at Doghouse Junction, which is less than a mile from the actual mountain summit. The road is a pretty smooth mountain road. It's a popular off-road driving trail for trucks and jeeps, but it doesn't really get crowded and makes for a great running route.
