There used to be a windmill on the building spot which was heavily damaged during war.
Now adays situated in a recent wine field, on the crossings of walking and bicycle ways.

This chapel is located at almost the highest point of Otegem, from where you have a beautiful view of Zwevegem, Heestert, Otegem, Tiegem, the Kluisberg, Banhoutbos, etc ... Inside you will find a marble altar with a statue of Our Lady of Fatima and a barrel vault with frescoes by Tahon from Ghent.
