Arthur Newbery Park was named after the man who donated the land back in 1932. From the south western end at the top of the hill you can enjoy lovely views over the Thames Valley to the Chiltern Hills AONB. There are paths around the edges and criss crossing through the grassland. There is also a large children's playground should you have any children with you. It is set in a hollow that was once a chalk or clay pit. It's also a popular place for sledging in the winter.
