Trail 411 follows the west rim of Deep Creek Canyon. The trail is a rocky, unpaved path with some tree coverage. In certain areas, hikers can see Deep Creek from above. At the northern section of the trail, where Trail 411 meets the Centennial Trail, hikers can get views of the Spokane River.
