A small picnic area near the Lillefjord waterfall makes this a great spot for a short break with views of the river and surrounding valley. The sound of rushing water and the open Arctic landscape add to the peaceful atmosphere along the trail.

This picnic spot is located at the first two waterfall stages, wonderful for a rest. The view looks out onto the Lillefjord, a few steps away also onto the waterfall of the Fossenelva itself, which tumbles down wonderful cascades here. Further down, towards the parking lot, there is an even larger rest area, also very suitable for children.
