As the name indicates, Cliff Lake lies beneath a sheer granite cliff and is the namesake for the trail, leading along the lake. As the lake is not that easy to reach, it might be a little harder to get there but once you arrive at the lake, there is a big chance of you enjoying the lake all alone without other people around.
