Where does the name come from? Quite simply: the gunners of the Rothenberg Fortress are said to have enjoyed drinking their beer in the inn. You can do that too today, because the beer from the family-run brewery is served in the Bräustüberl. This is particularly good after a bike ride.

The tradition of a classic brewery pub with its rich and long history is preserved here by two hobby landlords, the opening times are manageable and can be seen in the display case.
