The Clennell Memorial Fountain is a High Victorian Gothic-style fountain located in Harbottle, Northumberland. It was built in 1880 by McMillan of Alnwick and is made of ashlar and marble. The fountain is situated on a terrace that is reached by 9 steps with low stone walls and square corniced piers. The base of the fountain is square with two chamfered offsets. The south side of the base bears a marble inscription to Mrs Clennel of Harbottle Castle, who "Devoted the powers of an active mind, the impulses of a generous heart, and the industry of a busy life to the welfare and happiness of the inhabitants of Harbottle."On the east and south sides of the base are semi-octagonal basins in trefoiled round-headed recesses. The spout on the west side emerges from an iron gargoyle. The fountain is topped by an elaborate Gothic canopy with pointed, trefoiled arches and marble columns with foliage capitals. Above the canopy is a smaller arrangement with a round solid care and elaborate crocketed gables.
