pack some big percentages on this climb, or dive down into a technical descent.
As I cycled on this road I saw in my mind how this road was constructed. Presumably Napoleon forced a few Belgians to build this road. So strongly discouraged with 23mm straps. The lower, the better anyway. At the top, the Belgian road builders lost their motivation and just left some gaps.
But I would do it again :-) because it was very beautiful
