While views are great, the route is not suitable for gravel bikes as there’s a mix of medium and large rocks, had to spend too much time walking this section

Sarn Helen is an old Roman Road which belies the notion that they're all straight! Here, it's a wide, well-surfaced track which affords extensive views of the surrounding countryside.
