They're mostly doable on a gravel bike with 40mm tyres, you will need to be careful about sharp rocks and roots in some parts and push on some hills, depending on how loaded is the bike and how wet is the weather. Although most of the trails are marked as S0 and S1 on the map, many parts are a bit more demanding, I'd say in MTB territory.
