This famous beach beauty is one of the more classic examples of its kind: In contrast to the piers in the neighboring towns of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf, it has neither land nor bridge buildings. - A fact that does not detract from its great popularity, however!

Since the 1990s, the Bansin pier has been a loyal companion to many day trippers: it takes young and old 285 meters out onto the Baltic Sea and is therefore not the first bridge to give an idea of the pomp and grace of earlier times on the beach of the Kaiserbad. In fact, a pier was built in the early years. However, as the weather gradually caused the bridge to become dilapidated, it was demolished after the Second World War.

Today, the pier is not only a promenade, but also a mooring point for passenger ships that regularly set off for Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Swinoujscie.

From the beach promenade in Bansin there is a beautiful view of the dunes, beach and pier.

Providers of boat/ship excursions, vantage points, piers, barrier-free

The pier is 285 m long and offers you a fascinating view of the promenade with the numerous villas in the spa architecture style.

The Bansin pier was inaugurated in the summer of 1994. It is also a landing stage for ships that offer butter trips towards Swinoujscie and trips to Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck.
