Between the Middle Ages, Renaissance and modernity, Tulette has undergone many changes over the centuries, of which vestiges still remain. The city walls, now restored, enclose all its different ages. The Waterwheel, set up in the 20th century, is the last in a series of more than twenty. It originally operated a metal turning workshop, for the manufacture of screws for the press. Saint-Pierre church, at the very top of the village, bears witness to the town's Cluniac past. Looking up through the alleys, some houses still reveal their stone ornaments.
