at ul. Lipowa in Prusice there is a stone with which the legend about the life of St. Hedwig of Silesia. According to the legend, the saint from Trzebnica once went on a walking pilgrimage from Trzebnica to Prusice. As was her custom, she walked barefoot. However, the road was very rocky. The Duchess often had to stop, and her feet were sore and sore. Eventually the pain became unbearable and the Duchess began to weep bitterly… and then a miracle happened.
The stones softened and St. Jadwiga began to step on them as if on moss.
According to the legend, the stones she walked on, right behind her, hardened again and became sharp. However, not all of them returned to their former form. On one of them, which was quite large, there was the Duchess's footprint.
