CARBONERA DEL CONFÓS – Replica of a charcoal kiln used between the 17th and 19th centuries to produce charcoal. The constructions enabled pine wood to be converted into charcoal through a slow combustion process. The extracted coal could then be transported away more easily than the felled trees.
