Jašiūnai St. Anna's church was founded in 1515. For some time it belonged to the Reformed - in 1640 the church was robbed by soldiers led by Duke Jonušas Radvila, in the 18th century. in the beginning, it was burned by the Protestant Swedish army. Until the 20th century In the beginning, there was no house of worship in the town. It is true that chapels were built, and in the 19th century a Dominican monk supported by the Jašiūnai manor even lived in the middle. But in 1866, the tsar's government closed the chapel. Only in 1929 was built the single-tower, three-nave St. Anna's Church. This modest wooden church is the decoration of Jašiūnai town.
