The route starts at the dam of Tisleifjorden and leads over well-navigable firm gravel via Vaset to a viewpoint near Trollhovd. The topography is mostly very good-natured. But there are some short, very steep passages with an incline of over 10%.
Before Vaset there is a rapid but easy to drive descent that leads through a tourist area. In Vaset there is a well-stocked Joker and an Intersport. There is a playground and a rest area on the banks of Vasetvattnet.
