This lake is a large, flat inland lake located very close to the Baltic Sea near the town of Rogowo.
At the time of National Socialism there was a "Seeavierhorst Kamp" and an "Flugplatz Kamp" in the town of Rogowo. In the last days of World War II, children (refugees) were evacuated from the seaplane base with seaplanes that took off from this lake.
