At the viewpoint you are rewarded with a scenic experience that you cannot escape. The sea glitters and there is a breathtaking view of the coast of Benidorm and the Sierra Gelada. Inland you can see the rugged landscape of the Puig Campana and the Ailtana mountain range.

Very beautiful viewpoint. Steep approach on asphalt roads, easy to drive, no further difficulty, so "just an effort", but worth it. Recommended!

Since 1962, the Benidorm Cross has been glowering at the city's bathers. Many people come to this peak of the Sierra Helada (or Serra Gelada, in Valencian) to enjoy the best panoramic view of Benidorm and the mountains that surround it. But, except for the inhabitants of the surrounding area, few remember that it was placed to protest the Franco government's authorization to wear bikinis, and other sinful swimsuits, on its beaches.

And, in addition to a viewpoint and a spectacular walk, the Cruz de Benidorm is the gateway to the Sierra Helada/Serra Gelada Natural Park. Other routes also leave from its path, some of which hold rewards such as the romantic Albir lighthouse, solitary in a ravine facing the sea and with breathtaking views.
