Punta Violetta, m. 3,031 s.l.m., is a mountain in the Graian Alps located between Piedmont (Valle Orco) and Valle d'Aosta (Valsavarenche).
Even though it is not a prominent peak, it is an advisable climb for the wide panorama it offers.

Fun walk on stable stones that allows you to reach a nice balcony on the surrounding peaks. Unfortunately when I was there it was all cloudy ... definitely to be redone with clear skies! :-)
