The ascent is part of the officially signposted "Crest No. 27 - Kamikaze" mountain bike tour.
It feels like it goes vertically up the wall. Even pushing is exhausting. I've never fully completed it.
It would certainly be more fun going downhill. 😉
But it's still worth it because you can then enjoy a wonderful descent to Crest.
