It also served as a starting point for pilgrimages. In the middle stands the baroque statue of Maria Immaculata by Josef Wolff on a smooth shaft and the city coat of arms is on the base.
The statues of the six saints Florian, Sebastian, Joseph, Johann Nepomuk, Rochus and Antonius, to the right and left of the column, come from the Bruck sculptor Ignaz Marxer.
