Mountain biking
The monument commemorates Emil Tšída (1862-1926), the mayor of the Sokol district in the town of Kdyně and Šumava. The memorial was unveiled on May 8, 1927 and restored in 2009 after its destruction in 1939. The marble relief comes from the sculptor's workshop of Vojtěch Šíp (1885-1931). A small rest area is also available.
