At this point, we find ourselves at a crossroads where the rural hut of La Futrona is located, which gives it its name. If we go up from Alcalà de Xivert we can continue to the right towards the Ascla farmhouse as the main track and also to our left, note that the latter track is much better. Furthermore, to the left we come to a new track junction that takes us to Pedra Seca, Badanxer, Cuevas de Vinromà or La Salzadella.
