Road cycling
An expanse of Castelvetrano olive trees is visible along the Gibellina state road (SS119). The latter is a state road that connects the city of Alcamo to that of Castelvetrano. Despite the name, the road does not pass through the current town of Gibellina, but only through what remains of the town destroyed by the Belice earthquake of 1968.
